Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience 

Required: Bachelor’s Degree. 高等教育、学生人事或心理咨询专业硕士学位优先. 有学生人事工作和/或宿舍相关行政工作经验, housing operations, and related settings; Demonstrated competencies and success in an academic community reflected in excellent leadership, management, supervision, planning, and assessment. Additional Requirements: The successful candidate will show demonstrated success, knowledge, skills, and experience in the following areas: academically related program analysis and development; strategic and operational planning; policy formation student development theory; prevention, intervention, and crisis management; selection, training, and evaluation of housing/residence life staff; budget development, management, and projections; and facility and housing operations. The ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff to plan, implement, 评估与住房部门的短期和长期目标相关的服务和项目的成果, Student Development, and the University is essential.
